Members of the Panevėžys Jewish Community including chairman Gennady Kofman marked the Day of Remembrance of Lithuanian Jewish Victims of Genocide by attending a screening at the Menas Theater of the Lithuanian film Getas about the Vilnius ghetto. This special screening of the 2013 film was preceded by a performance called Shameful River in the theater’s courtyard.
