Let’s Celebrate Together

Dear Friends,

As you know, today is the World Jewish Congress’ 80th anniversary. In 1936, representatives from 32 countries gathered in Geneva to build a global organization unlike any other. I’m proud of our countless accomplishments, and prouder still that we’re making great strides in achieving what WJC President Ambassador Ronald S. Lauder has put high on WJC’s agenda: helping the next generation re-discover the Jewish flame that burns inside them.

Together, with your help, we have made tremendous achievements over the past eight decades. In celebration of our 80th, we put together this short video

to highlight the kind of young Jewish leaders that are heeding WJC’s call to action. It has already reached thousands of people over a few short hours, and we hope it will demonstrate WJC’s unique value to the entire world.

Thank you for all that you’ve done on behalf of your community and world Jewry. Congratulations to all of us on our 80th anniversary.

Sincerely,

Robert Singer
