The Israeli embassy in Vilnius invites everyone to free Israeli dance lessons in Vilnius! An experienced instructor from Israel will conduct the lessons.

Come to the square in front of the Old Town Hall at 7:00 P.M. on July 28 and 29.

About dance instructor Orly Goldshtein:
Residence: Ramat Ha’Sharon, Israel

She began to dance Israeli folk dances at the age of 10 at the Golda Meir school in Holon.

Dancing attracted her, provided her discipline, and taught her poise, grace and attentiveness. Orly says dance enhanced her ability to learn, and thinks it does for children in general, and therefore thinks it’s very important children dance.

She’s an IT specialist who is working in that field and who did military service in the same field. She works at Open University as a manager and systems analyst for their Information Systems Department.

In 2010 Orly made an important decision and signed up for classes to become a folk dance instructor. The course lasted one year. In 2014 she organized a folk dance competition in Israel.

Besides her work at Open University, she’s started an Israeli folk dance school in Ramat Ha’Sharon which teaches children and adults.
